Vale of Glamorgan Councillors and an Age Connects Officer who represent Llanmaes will be holding
Surgeries at St Cattwg’s Village Hall, Llanmaes on Saturday 12th November from 10.00am until 11.ooam
They will be there to meet residents who may wish to raise any issues and seek advice from Officers present.

A reminder that Welsh Water/Dwr Cymru will be in attendance at the Village Hall on Tuesday
13th September from 15.00 until 19.00 and they will endeavour to answer any questions you may
have on the waste water network improvements they will be carrying out over the next few months throughout the Village
The Llanmaes Community Council gives notice that following the pre-planning application phase, the full planning proposal by Lidl has now been submitted to and validated by the Vale of Glamorgan Council, as of 24 August 2022
Further to the submission the Llanmaes Community Council made at the pre-planning phase, the Community Council will publish in the next 10 days (on this website) a bullet list of points that can be included as discussion points in any letters of objection that residents may wish to submit to the VoG Council, in-line with the VoG planning application policy.

OGI Wales are set to carry out further work on the main road through the Village over the weekend of 20th and 21st August. OGI apologise for any disruption caused to the residents of Llanmaes and we thank you for being patient
The original Llanmaes work was agreed by Planning at a late stage, with the schedule of work only agreed on 27th July, This is an oversight and not usual practise which has meant we have not been able until now to arrange events in Llanmaes to engage all residents and answer any questions you may have on our work.
